Winter care for flawless skin instantly !!!

Cold weather is always rough and tough on skin.  Low humidity and cold temperatures will suck away the moisture from the skin.  Dry weather and high temperatures can also cause dry patches on the skin, which leaves the skin flaky.

Right care will always give you the desired fruitful results.  Always adhere to the below-mentioned tips during winter in order to escape from the adverse effects of winter.  These tips will get you flawless skin for sure during winter.

Hydration.
Always stay hydrated during winter as you do in summer.  Make it a point to drink sufficient amount of water every day.  Drink water and replenish fluids.  Set up a drinking water goal.

Using a right cleanser.  It is good and safe to use chemical-free cleanser, especially during winter.  Most of the cleaners seems to damage your skin rather than nourishing because of the harsh chemicals present in it.  This is going to completely strip away the natural oils of your skin.  Washing your face twice a day is more than enough.  Mild cleansers will always help to keep your skin soft, smooth and supple.

Exfoliate for the glowing skin.  It will help to regenerate new skin cells and helps to clear up the dead skin cells.  Try using natural exfoliators rather than chemical scrubs.  Don’t overdo the exfoliation as this will lead to dry skin.

Shower.  Always stick to short and sweet showers during winter.  Always say a big NO to hot and long showers.

Moisturize well.  Carefully choose your moisturizer and body lotion.  Oil-based moisturizer are always good during winter.  You can also moisturize with natural oils such as coconut oil and olive oil.  Right oils can moisturize your skin making it smooth and glowing.  Always apply moisturizer immediately after showering.  This will lock the moisture instantly without leaving your skin dry.  If your skin is acne prone, use tea tree oil.  If oily, you can use grape seed oil.

Wear your sunscreen.  Make very sure to cover your exposed areas such as face, neck and hands with a suitable sunscreen with at least SPF 30 protection when you are outdoors.

Eat right.  Include green leafy vegetables, carrots, and fruits.  Never forget to include vitamin C in your diet and antioxidants, which will help produce more collagen to maintain skin elasticity.
