Be stress-free - Stress is a root cause for hell lot of problems. One can de-stress by practicing meditation and of course sound sleep helps a lot in calming down the stress level.
Diet - Hair is made up of keratin, which itself is a protein. Hence, the diet should obviously include proteins, such as fish, eggs, legumes, nuts, etc. Nutrition deficiency may also cause hair loss. Consuming Iron and Zinc rich foods will always boost the health of hair. Enrich diet with fruits and vegetables.

Must follow tips for those pretty locks - Keep your hair clean as it will attract more dirt and sweat leading to hairfall. Using mild shampoo or sulfate-free shampoo will help improve the texture of your hair. Be kind to your hair while combing. It is always advisable to comb with wide-toothed comb. Never comb in wet hair. Avoid blow drying the hair.
