Belly fat is a stubborn visceral fat which surrounds the abdominal organs and needs a lot of workout to get rid of.  Belly fat is a common problem which is being faced by all age groups. 

Teenagers develop belly fat because of wrong eating habits and unhealthy lifestyle.  Middle-aged develop hanging belly because of sedentary lifestyle, unhealthy eating habits, hormonal imbalance, certain medical conditions, stress, lack of sleep, poor diet, and lack of physical activity.  People with belly fat are at high risk of developing diabetes, strokes, heart disease, etc. Those who are good at their physical activity will less likely to develop belly fat.

1.  Exercise. 

Being active in your day-to-day life is a key secret to shed those unwanted calories.   Exercise has to be your daily routine.  To keep your workout fun-filled, start your day with some aerobics.  Aerobics along with cardio will give you a complete workout, which will not only shed your calories, but also help you to stay fit and active.

 

2.  Diet.

Eating right kind of food is a key to lose your tummy fat.  Kick start your day with high protein diet.  Our body needs more energy to process the protein diet, which in turn boost your metabolism.  Cut back on refined carbohydrates, sweetened drinks, sugars, sweeteners, trans fat, and alcohol. Add plenty of fiber-rich foods in your diet.  Include fruits and vegetables.  Avoid processed foods.  Eat plenty of soluble fibers.

  

Most of the professional fitness coach believe that both diet and exercise play a vital role in shedding the fat around the abdominal region.  Good exercise and conscious diet will do magic on your hanging belly.  30% of exercise and 70% of diet is a good combo whatsoever.

Reducing stress level will ultimately reduce the accumulation of fat around the belly area.  It is because the stress level increases the cortisol level which in turn causes weight gain.  Reduce stress to lower the cortisol levels.  Stress increases cravings towards food.  Relax.  Relaxing and calming your mind is the only way to reduce stress.  Try yoga to manage your stress levels.

 

4.  Sleep Pattern.

Sleep pattern has a great deal of effect on your belly fat.  People who sleep less may tend to develop visceral fat when compared to the one who gets complete sleep.  Take a good amount of sleep.  It is the only natural way to relieve your stress and tension.  Sleep is more important for good metabolism.  8 hours of sleep will surely help you to complete your mission of losing weight.

 

5.  Keep Hydrated.

The one and only universal slogan which I repeat frequently for all ailments and fitness is consuming plenty of fluids.  Follow it without doubt.

 

Keep an ultimate goal to reduce your belly fat.  Without an ultimate goal and strong opposition, you cannot achieve anything.  Have a standard mindset on how to carry your mission and never lose hope.  Where there is a will, there is definitely a way!!!
