HEALTH BENEFITS OF WALNUTS

     Walnut is a dry fruit which is loaded with fiber, minerals, vitamins, and fats (obviously healthy fat).  Among all the nuts, walnuts are rich in antioxidants.  The shape of walnut exactly resembles the shape of the brain.  It is the richest source of DHA and omega-3 fatty acid.
