Cheese balls recipe - deliciously irresistible!!!
Cheese balls are a delightful, savory snack that combines the rich, creamy flavor of cheese with a satisfying, crunchy texture. Kids indeed love cheese balls as their snacking. It is a deliciously irresistible perfect evening snack. Cheese balls recipes are very tasty, delicious and healthy for kids. Since this preparation does not contain any artificial ingredients or preservatives, it provides high quality protein and nutrients. Today, I have come up with a very easy way of preparing cheese balls.

Ingredients
Potato – 2 nos.
Cheese – 5 small cubes
Salt – as needed
Ginger garlic paste – one teaspoon
Oregano – 1 tablespoon
Pepper – 1 teaspoon
Chilli – half teaspoon
Fresh coriander leaves – finely chopped
Fresh green chillies - finely chopped
Breadcrumbs – 4 tablespoon
Oil
Method to prepare
Boil 2 potatoes till it is soft. Now peel it off, smash it and keep aside.
In another bowl, finely grate 2 small cheese blocks and add bread crumbs.
Add salt to it as needed.
Sprinkle chilli and pepper powder as needed.
Now add chopped fresh coriander leaves.
Mix all the ingredients and knead it like dough without any lumps of potatoes.
Once the kneading is completed, keep the mixture in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
Now make balls out of the mixture and keep it aside.
Heat oil in a thick bottom wide pan.
Gently slide the cheese balls and fry until golden and crispy.
Serve hot with sauce or dips.
